Get ready for high octane family fun at the Bristol and West Land Rover Show

Extreme off roading, live entertainment, loads of family fun and an amazing array of Land Rovers and 4x4 vehicles are all ready and raring to go for the all-new and exciting Bristol and West Land Rover Show, held on Saturday June 23 and Sunday June 24,
2012 at the Royal Bath and West Showground, Shepton Mallet.

Enjoy the action packed terrain that will put you and your Land Rover to the test as you drive or get driven around one of the Xtreme Offroad’s most challenging off-road courses, designed to cater for different driving abilities and vehicle specification. Off road course is £10 per session or £30 for four sessions if booked at the same time.

The Difflock Live Action Arena will be bursting with entertainment including Land Rover parades, interactive games, and winching demonstrations from Goodwinch. Test your skills in the see-saw club trophy, see the first double twist off challenge and much more to keep the whole family entertained.

As well as displays from the UK’s best clubs, showing the finest examples of rare and prototype Land Rovers as well as ex-military vehicles, take part in the Blesma Charity Challenge. Organisers are trying to get 1,000 vehicles information to mark Armed Forces Week. There will be a celebration afterwards with a fantastic charity auction, live entertainment and a licensed bar.

The biggest names in Land Rover and 4x4 will come together to form the Retail Village and Autojumble, so whether you’re searching for that elusive part, some extra tools to complete a restoration project or a new accessory for your favourite 4x4, you’re sure to find everything you need.

If you can’t bear to tear yourself away from the action then book yourself a pitch for the weekend and bring along your tent or caravan so you can enjoy the showground’s excellent facilities. From as little as £35 you and your family can enjoy the evening entertainment provided as well as family fun with giant inflatables, sports activities and games.

Bristol and West Land Rover Show is open from 9.00 AM until 4.30 PM. Adult ticket prices start from £8 when purchased in advance with children under 15s allowed in free with paying adults.
