Hiroyuki Fushiki appointed as General Manager, Infiniti Product Strategy

Hiroyuki Fushiki (53) has been named General Manager, Infiniti Product Strategy, effective April 1, 2013. In this role, he will be responsible for the definition and implementation of Infiniti's future product portfolio in order to support the company's brand promise and its
projected growth. Fushiki will be based at Infiniti's global headquarters in Hong Kong and report directly to Johan de Nysschen, President of Infiniti Motor Company Ltd.

"A strong product portfolio is the basis for Infiniti's growth," said Johan de Nysschen. "We are determined to transform the company and set it up for future success. Hiroyuki is a passionate car guy who fully understands the premium market, its customers and their requirements. I am very pleased to have him as the next new member on our new and dedicated Infiniti leadership team, and we welcome him to Hong Kong."

Fushiki is a seasoned Product planner with almost 30 years of global experience. He joined Nissan in 1983 as an engineer in the Planning group within the Engineering division. Throughout his career, he worked on a variety of vehicles including premium SUVs such as the Infiniti QX56 and JX35. In addition, he brings experience from multiple global vehicle programs including some that were implemented jointly with other automotive companies.

Fushiki is a Japanese national. He has a degree Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Mie University in Japan.
