Facebook fan wins new Focus through Ford’s ‘Win A Car’ competition

Ford’s ‘Win a Car’ competition on its recently launched UK Facebook page generated over 30,000 entries in 48 hours, and was won by Christopher King, 58, from Lincoln.

Christopher King selected his new Ford Focus car with the 1.6-litre 150 ps EcoBoost powertrain, with
the top Titanium X specification, with added options including a leather interior and the Ford Driver Assistance Pack.

On collection of his new car, King said, “When I got the email saying I had won, I could not believe it! And here I am collecting a smart new Ford Focus. I feel like I have won the lottery!”

Ford’s UK Facebook page launched in November last year and has since seen more than 70,000 people become fans. The page offers people interested in Ford the chance to connect with other fans and to access news on the latest products and innovations.
