Paul, formerly General Sales Manager at the Buckinghamshire-based historic home of Aston Martin, succeeds Kingsley Riding-Felce at the Head of Aston Martin Works.
Kingsley retired from the business earlier this year after an exceptional 38 years' service.
"I am extremely pleased to be taking the reins at Aston Martin Works at such an exciting time both for this business, and for the Aston Martin brand more broadly," said Paul.
"Following in Kingsley's outstanding footsteps and building on the fantastic legacy he left us with is a superb challenge and I'm very much looking forward to driving the business on to even bigger and better things."
Paul has broad experience with the Aston Martin brand, having been involved in the sale of the sports cars for more than a quarter of a century. Prior to joining Aston Martin Works in 2012 he spent time at other Aston Martin dealerships in various capacities, as well as running his own Aston Martin specialist business in the 1980s.
He is a highly-accomplished racing driver with an extensive history of competition, and victories, across a number of race series. Married with two sons, Paul is also a car collector and keen sailor.
