250,000th Mercedes-Benz rolls-off the line at the Kecskemet Plant, Hungary

Just two and a half years after its opening, the youngest Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemet, Hungary, saw its 250,000th vehicle rolled-off the line. The milestone vehicle, a right-hand drive, polar-silver CLA 45 AMG, is destined for a customer in Japan.

"250,000 vehicles made at the Kecskemet Plant with the typical Mercedes top quality- that is something that our entire team can rightly be proud of. All of our employees have made a personal contribution to this achievement, which marks another important milestone for us as the youngest Mercedes-Benz plant. This kind of achievement is only made possible by the capability and dedication of each employee," said Thomas Geier, Director of the Mercedes-Benz Kecskemet Plant.
