The Bosch is in pole position among car drivers

Once a year, the automotive magazines 'Auto Bild' and 'Auto, Motor und Sport' ask their readers which brands they trust the most for accessories, spare parts and services for their cars. 'The best brands in all classes' is the title in Auto Bild, in which
the Bosch brand was referred to as 'a shining hero'. For the Auto, Motor und Sport editorial team too, Bosch comes out as 'Germany’s king of brands' in the 'Best Brand 2012' readers' award. The product and services categories that were polled among the readers stretch from tow-bars and batteries to child seats and filters, through to passenger car exchanges and workshop franchises.

Double victory for Bosch car batteries
In the Auto Bild, 23 areas faced the readers’ vote. The Bosch brand finished in first place in all six areas where Bosch products were in the running. According to the poll, the best car batteries, lights, windshield wipers, workshop chains and spark plugs come from Bosch. Car batteries even achieved a Bosch double victory - both for quality and for best cost/performance ratio.

The magazine Auto, Motor und Sport surveyed their readers on a total of 28 product categories. In seven categories – batteries, lights, filters, windshield wipers, workshop chains, tools and spark plugs – Bosch achieved first place. It was also awarded second place in the brakes/brake linings product category. With a 92 per cent approval rating, the Bosch brand also achieved a "dream result that clearly fends off all other brands in the competition,” according to the verdict of the editorial team of the automotive magazine. In this category, Bosch had increased its score yet again by two per cent over the previous year. In previous years, readers had also regularly scored the Bosch brand image as outstanding. “Proven products prevail,” adds Auto, Motor und Sport.
