Ford Ka ranked highest in the city car category of the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Germany Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Study (VOSS). Ka achieved a satisfaction rating of 78.9 per cent, or 789 on the VOSS index, across categories for quality and reliability,

“This award reflects the continuous effort Ford has put into improving the Ka,” said Mike Butler, Director, Central Quality, Ford of Europe. “For Ford, there is no higher accolade than the satisfaction of our customers.”

J.D. Power VOSS surveyed more than 14,000 German drivers who had registered cars in Germany between January 2009 and December 2010. A total of 25 manufacturers and 89 models were rated.
