Iveco launches truckstop finding app for drivers

Truck drivers around the country are now able to find their nearest services at the tap of a finger, following the release of a free iPhone and Android* app by Iveco - to coincide with the UK launch of its International Truck of the Year-winning Stralis Hi-Way.

The easy-to-use Iveco
'Hi-Stop' app has a map function which shows every truckstop service station within a 50 mile radius of the users' location, and lists the key amenities available at each particular stop.

With an online directory users can also choose to find truckstops by region, road or alphabetically. The app also has quick links to Iveco's Twitter feed and website, meaning users have access to all of the company's latest news in the palm of their hands.

"We're delighted to launch our new app in conjunction with the UK debut of the eagerly anticipated new Stralis range. We hope as many drivers as possible will take advantage of the service," said Nigel Emms, Director of Press & PR at Iveco UK.
