Infiniti donates more than $1-million to College Basketball sponsored charities

For the second year in a row, Coach Matta and the Ohio State Buckeye fans rallied participation to claim victory in the annual Infiniti Coaches' Charity Challenge. Coach Matta's charity, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, was presented with a check
in the amount of $100,000. Additionally, for their participation in the eight-week challenge, the other 47 coaches' designated charities received $5,000 each from Infiniti.

Infiniti showed its continued dedication to the NABC with a donation of $765,000 to Coaches vs. Cancer, a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the NABC. As the largest corporate supporter for Coaches vs. Cancer, Infiniti pledged to make a charitable contribution to the program each time a fan participated in the Infiniti sponsored 'Round by Round' bracket game during March Madness. The large amount of fan participation allowed Infiniti to increase its donation to Coaches vs. Cancer this year.

In attendance at the check presentation ceremony were Cuonzo Martin, Head Coach of University of Tennessee Men's Basketball Team; Jim Haney, Executive Director of the National Association of Basketball Coaches; and Matt Wolfert, Director of Corporate Sponsorships for the NCAA as special guests and presenters. Infiniti is an official corporate partner of the NCAA.
