Fourth MG dealer to open in Yorkshire within the last 12 months

The picturesque Yorkshire town of Harrogate has become the site of the latest MG dealer to be announced this year, as part of the brand's ambitious plans to expand its UK dealer network.

The announcement of the North Yorkshire based dealer comes just weeks
after the appointment of MG Doncaster in South Yorkshire, and less than a year after Eric Stead Ltd. in Ecclesfield, and Grant & McAllin in Holbrook.

MG Brookroyd will be open for business by mid March this year. Launch preparations are already under way with the recent completion of a major upgrade to its after sales department, complementing an existing five-car showroom soon to feature the current MG product line up.

The new dealership in Killinghall, on the northern outskirts of the famous spa town, is run by Peter Chapman who has spent all his working life in the motor trade. "We have been watching the success of MG for some time and we are convinced that the new MG3 and the MG6 models will go down really well here in north Yorkshire. Our customers think carefully before parting with their hard-earned cash, so I am sure that, like me they will quickly see what great value for money these cars offer. Everyone at the dealership is thoroughly impressed with these new MGs and of course the brand is a British icon," said Peter.

The dealership has a prominent position in Killinghall, just off the A61 Harrogate to Ripon main road, and boasts a strong customer database having previously sold a vast range of cars from various manufacturers.
