MG partners AM Awards 2014 at The ICC Birmingham

MG is the official Manufacturer and Hospitality Partner for the AM Awards at The ICC Birmingham.

The AM Awards are dedicated to acknowledging exemplary performance and innovation within the Automotive retail industry.

MG's own dealer network continues
to grow to support the expanding product range with ten further dealers appointed since the beginning of the year, including a move into South West London. The marque's objective this year is to continue steady growth, with the aim of recruiting a total of 80 retailers by the end of 2014.

"I am delighted that MG is teaming up with Automotive Management in acting as main sponsor of the prestigious AM Awards 2014," said Sam Burton, MG Head of Sales.

"The AM Awards enables the industry to acknowledge and celebrate the best working practices within motor retailing. The event provides MG with an opportunity to showcase its new product line-up and to meet key industry personnel."

This year's ceremony will feature the existing five categories of accolade, recognising; Innovation, Excellence in Business, Manufacturer, Retailer and Headline awards. Five new categories have been added this year; these include Best Social Media campaign, Manufacturer Digital Initiative, Business Manager of the Year, Unsung Hero of the Year, and Best Fleet Dealership.
