Dr. Wilm Herlyn new Member of the Daimler Advisory Board for Integrity and Corporate Responsibility

Dr. Wilm Herlyn, former Editor-in-Chief of the German news agency dpa, is a new a member of the Daimler AG Advisory Board for Integrity and Corporate Responsibility. The renowned journalist has worked in a diverse range of functions at the newspaper Die Welt,
was Managing Editor for Politics and Current Events for Bunte magazine, and also served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief for the Rheinische Post. He succeeds journalist, publicist and author Stefan Aust, who has left the board on account of his new function as the publisher of Die Welt.

"We would like to thank Stefan Aust for his intensive and inspiring work, and we are happy that with Wilm Herlyn, we have been able to gain a new member of our Advisory Board for Integrity and Corporate Responsibility who will provide new and important input for our constructive and critical dialog," said Dr. Christine Hohmann-Dennhardt, Member of the Board of Management of Daimler AG, Integrity and Legal Affairs.

"In addition to their accounts and products, business ethics is becoming an increasingly important factor for companies, which is why it is also important for them to be constantly dealing with this issue," said Dr. Wilm Herlyn. "The Daimler Integrity Advisory Board makes an essential contribution to this dialog."
