Bosch takes its place as main sponsor of 'Bosch Hockenheim Historic' for the first time

For many years now, the thrilling races and attractive event program at the Hockenheim Historic have been drawing fans of vintage and classic cars to the Hockenheimring each spring. Last year, around 25,000 visitors aged between 8 and 80 attended the event.
With Bosch as the new main sponsor, this year's historic racing event, which runs from April 13-15, will be held under the new name 'Bosch Hockenheim Historic'. The Bosch Classic division Automotive Tradition brings the Bosch slogan - 'Invented for life' - alive at the Hockenheimring. The Bosch team will be on hand in the enthusiasts' club area to offer expert knowledge and advice and answer questions from the vintage car fans on subjects including spare parts supply and services. 150 owners of vintage cars that are older than 15 years can park their car in the designated area.

World record attempt - 'The largest moving automotive museum in the world'
A special highlight of this year’s 'Bosch Hockenheim Historic' is the world record attempt to create 'the largest moving automotive museum in the world', which will take place on April 14. To secure a place in the Guinness Book of Records, at least 949 classic cars built in or before the year 1982 must make one lap of the 4,574 km Grand Prix circuit. The current record is 948 classic cars. Therefore the support of all classic car owners for the world record attempt is welcome.
