Football stars line up to see new Aston Villa minibus

Aston Villa soccer stars Alan Hutton and Eric Lichaj took time out of their busy end-of-season schedule to visit Fiat Professional’s stand at this year’s CV Show in Birmingham, to view one of the club’s new minibuses.

Fiat Professional, the commercial vehicle arm of Fiat Group
Automobiles UK Ltd, is an official vehicle supplier to the Premiership football team and the deal involves vans and minibuses, including the new Aston Villa-liveried Scudo Panorama 8-seater. Fiat also supplies passenger cars to the club.

The arrangement perfectly complements the history and heritage enjoyed by both businesses – Fiat has produced more than 90-million vehicles since it was founded in Turin in 1899, while Aston Villa FC formed in 1874 and was a Founder member of the Football League in 1888.

“I am delighted that Alan and Eric were able to come and view the new minibus,” says Sebastiano Fedrigo, Director, Fiat Professional. “This is a hugely successful partnership with one of England’s most famous football clubs and I am sure the vehicles we supply will be extremely useful to them as they move towards the end of the season.”
