Vito Sport hits top ten in Facebook response rate

According to the SocialBakers Social Media Report for April, the Mercedes-Benz Vito Sport Facebook page (facebook.com/vitosport) has been ranked in the top ten UK brands by response rate.

Response rate is calculated as the number of page administrator
responses made to user-generated wall posts, divided by the total number of user-generated posts. The Vito Sport Facebook page, which had a fantastic response rate of 71 per cent in April 2012, is the only vehicle manufacturer brand in the UK to be in the top ten for this category.

The Vito Sport Facebook page has almost 19,000 fans and regularly offers followers exclusive competitions, video and picture content and Facebook takeovers from leading mountain bike champions who are sponsored by Mercedes-Benz Vito Sport, giving biking enthusiasts the opportunity to interact with their sporting idols.
