Bentley lines up new PR team for Europe

Bentley Motors announces its complete European PR team line up. Kerstin Sachl is appointed Head of PR, Europe, Tom Housley joins as PR Manager for Europe East and Fransizka Rothe becomes PR Manager for Europe West. The new team will be based
at Bentley's headquarters in Crewe, UK.

Kerstin Sachl, who joins from Porsche Latin America, will report directly to Michael Baumann, Bentley's Director of Communications. Kerstin was previously based in Miami where she established Porsche Latin America's PR function and handled communications for the regional network of 26 countries.

While responsible for the overall European PR operation, Kerstin will also have a specific focus on Germany and will work closely with Franziska Rothe, who previously worked for Bentley in a public affairs role and moved to the position of PR Manager Europe West earlier this year. Tom Housley, PR Manager for Europe East joins Bentley from leading automotive agency PFPR Communications where he was a Senior Account Manager working with a wide range of automotive clients.

"I am delighted to welcome Kerstin and Tom to Bentley.  They bring a wealth of experience and ideas to the team and, now we have the full European team established, their first priority will be to get in touch with our media colleagues in the region and increase our media outreach. The European continent is Bentley's third largest global market and we have a range of PR events and activities planned for 2012 including both the Moscow and Paris Motor Shows and the launch of the new GT Speed," said Michael Baumann, Bentley's Director of Communications.
