Infiniti selects JMPR as US public relations agency of record

Infiniti announced JMPR Public Relations, Woodland Hills, Calif., as agency of record for its product and lifestyle communications efforts in the United States. JMPR will be responsible for media relations activities and provide strategic brand-building counsel as
Infiniti continues to broaden its product line and presence in the competitive performance luxury automobile segment.

JMPR was selected because of the agency's proven track record with lifestyle and luxury media, in addition to the company's 35-year history handling exotic and specialty vehicle manufacturers. JMPR specialises in the luxury business and has experience raising brand profiles beyond the core audience and gaining visibility in travel, design, lifestyle, business and men's/women's interest media.

Through close integration with Infiniti's in-house communications team, JMPR will leverage the unique, premium aspects of the Infiniti luxury performance automotive line and its Total Ownership Experience. Infiniti has pioneered world's first technologies such as Blind Spot and Backup Collision Intervention systems, as well as exclusive hospitality benefits like Infiniti Personal Assistant, a complimentary service that provides 24-hour, seven days a week access to a live, concierge team.

Infiniti and JMPR will work together to develop and implement creative lifestyle public relations campaigns that help Infiniti reach new audiences, utilizing vehicles such as the Infiniti JX, its new 7-passenger luxury crossover that is breaking new ground in a highly competitive segment. JMPR will also help in ramping up communication efforts for Infiniti’s upcoming zero-emission luxury sedan, which goes on sale in 2014.

"Infiniti is entering an inspired era and we are so excited to be a part of it," said JMPR President Joseph Molina. "We look forward to down the road, when we're able to say 'we were there when it happened', which is exactly what we've done for international brands for years."
