Infiniti ranks second among luxury brands in J.D. Power and Associates Sales Satisfaction Survey

Infiniti announced that it has been ranked second overall and among luxury brands in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study. Infiniti improved 52 points year-over-year, placing the brand up eight rank positions among all
brands from 2011.

Infiniti attributes its rapid-growth in satisfaction to the concentrated efforts it put forth to touch both prospective and existing customers throughout the entire sales, service and ownership experience. Among those efforts was Infiniti University, an industry-leading retailer education program designed to give front-line personnel from sales and service the tools to succeed with best practices for serving luxury customers in what is an increasingly competitive segment.
