Renault Trucks-MKR Technology unveils at 2013 FIA European Truck Racing Championship

The new race truck for Renault Trucks-MKR Technology was unveiled at the first race of the 2013 FIA European Truck Racing Championship. Launched in Misano, Italy, the design is in line with new range which the manufacturer will reveal in Lyon on
June 11. Bruno Blin, President of Renault Trucks, attended the launch and this was followed by Adam Lacko securing a second place finish for the team.

"We wanted to emphasise Renault Trucks visual distinctiveness with this design by making these racing trucks consistent with our future range," said Herve Bertrand, Design Director of Renault Trucks. "It is only logical for the spirit and visual language of the racing trucks to be reflected in our future models."

On the track, Adam Lacko achieved a podium finish in the last race of the weekend. With teammate Markus Bosiger, they are prepared for a season which is sure to bring excitement and many battles along the way as Renault Trucks-MKR Technology aim to retain the title of European Team Champions.

The next race is at Navarra, Spain, on June 1-2.
