Hyundai Motor America reports May sales as its best month ever

Hyundai Motor America closed its best month ever with May sales of 70,907, up 3.7 per cent versus the same period a year ago.

"Our excellent spring selling season continued through the month of May with dealerships across the country seeing an increase in customers
visiting their showrooms," said Bob Pradzinski,Vice-President of National Sales, Hyundai Motor America. "From Accent to our two CUVs, all the way to Equus, we saw double-digit gains over last May."

Both premium sedans, Equus and Genesis, experienced sales gains up 26 and 24 per cent, respectively for the month.
